Process Server- Pinellas County, Florida

If you answered yes to any of these, your future may lie below. Overview ProVest is seeking reliable, self-motivated individuals to work as Private Process Servers. In this role, you will serve legal documents for established law firms and financial institutions, including foreclosure, collections, civil, and litigation matters. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with weekly pay based on completed services. Responsibilities Make at least one attempt on each assigned case every 72 hours. Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents. Weekend attempts are required. Use the mobile app to log attempts, upload photos, and update case statuses. Maintain reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance. Complete up to five attempts before closing a case as non-served. Most cases are expected to be completed within 10–20 days. Sign and return affidavits within 48 hours after service is completed. Requirements Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Clear communication and professional interpersonal skills. Comfortable using mobile apps and field technology. High level of accuracy, professionalism, and integrity. Preferred Experience Process serving. Private investigation. Law enforcement or security background. Support Provided Dedicated Florida-based liaison for ongoing support. Original case files shipped directly to you. No requirement to report to a ProVest office.
