The company applies its underlying Intelligent System Design strategy to deliver software, hardware and IP that turn design concepts into reality.Cadence customers are the world's most innovative companies, delivering extraordinary electronic products from chips to boards to systems for the most dynamic market applications including consumer, hyperscale computing, 5G communications, automotive, aerospace industrial and health.Job Responsibilities:Facilitate stakeholder discussions to understand their data governance needs and challengesCollaborate with stakeholders to define data governance strategies and best practicesDevelop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and proceduresUtilize Tableau for data processing, analytics, and governance activitiesConduct assessments of data quality and compliance with governance policiesProvide recommendations for improvements in data management and governance processesDocument data architecture designs, standards, and best practices, and provide guidance and support to ensure adherence across stakeholders.Train and mentor team members on data governance principles and toolsProvide stakeholder support, ensuring clear communication and understanding of technical solutionsRequirements:5+ years experience in MDM, master data in procurement and data governance processes and frameworksProject and/or program management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environmentExperience working with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, or PowerBI, and dashboard development a big plusAny prior experience managing environmental, social and governance initiatives is a big plusUnderstanding of SQL or similar query language to get the most out of data visualization is a plus.Understanding of procurement processes and analytical software is a plusThe annual salary range for California is $88,200 to $163,800. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
