Job Overview

We are seeking an Insurance Agency Producer to join our team!

You will use your strongly developed interpersonal skills to increase the number of insurance policies our office sells by assisting clients in selecting insurance coverage that best meets their needs, preferences and budgets.

What will your day-to-day look like?

You will spend your day meeting with current and prospective customers, in person or virtually (calls, texts, email or videos) where you will develop relationships allowing you to generate proposals and write new insurance policies.

Responsibilities

Candidates for this job will need to possess the skills:

Excellent customer service skills, including authentic and sincere communication.

Exceptional phone voice and personality.

Analytical skills when calculating premiums and deductibles including the ability to quickly add, subtract, divide and multiply percentages when educating the customer.

Open to continuous training, personal growth and development.

Innovative and confident self-starter.

Ability to work independently without continuous supervision.

Prioritization and organization of multiple tasks to ensure superior customer service.

Computer literate including word processing, spreadsheets, web-based tools, text and email messaging.

Requirements

Your skills will need to include:

High School Diploma or equivalent required, College Degree preferred

Valid New York State Brokers License

Valid New York State Drivers License

English Fluency required, Bi-Lingual preferred
