Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Approaches: Assess patients' unique needs and design individual therapy programs that help them reach their personal functional milestones.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and everyday activities.
• Collaborate with Diverse Healthcare Professionals: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure a well-rounded, patient-centered care plan.
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Guide patients and caregivers in understanding therapy practices that promote continued success at home.
• Track Progress and Adapt Treatment Plans: Monitor clinical developments and refine therapy approaches to maintain alignment with patients' ongoing goals.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university.
• Encouragement and support for continued education or additional certifications.

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
• NBCOT certification mandatory.
