The MSR provides members and communities with the opportunity to prosper through direct work with members and potential members. Your primary focus will be to identify needs, provide financial solutions, and promote products and services that enhance member financial well‑being. Essential Job Functions Contribute to the fulfillment of Sage Credit Union's mission. Deepen member relationships by maintaining current knowledge of all products and services and explaining how they benefit the member. Receive and process member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, loan payments, cash advances, coin processing, Sage CU card maintenance, and gift/travel card sales. Achieve or exceed the established sales goals through building member relationships and referring appropriate products and services. Take ownership of personal development by leveraging monthly coaching and participating in continuing education to qualify for MSR2. Assist with branch opening and closing. Qualifications Education and Experience Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus. 1‑2 years of financial services or related experience preferred. Customer service and/or retail experience is strongly preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Detail oriented and good organizational skills. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Excellent computer skills. Motivated to learn and grow within the position and credit union. Problem‑solving skills. Scheduling flexibility required. Physical Considerations Ability to lift or carry up to 25 pounds. Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching below, at, and over shoulder level required. Sitting – 80%; standing and walking – 20%.
