This is your opportunity to work alongside caring and patient centric clinical professionals while expanding your clinical and leadership knowledge as a licensed Radiology Technologist! You will oversee and work in our Interventional Physiatry Clinic (non-operative) at our West Des Moines office. This is a full-time opportunity (Monday - Friday, 7:45AM - 4:30PM).

As a Supervisor in the Interventional Physiatry / Spine department at our West Des Moines office, you'll support our Physicians, staff and patients in a wide range of support, patient care and administrative functions. This full-time position is scheduled Monday - Friday 7:45AM-4:30PM (or until the last patient leaves). Every day you will work alongside our team of clinical providers to create a comfortable patient experience, ensuring everyone is properly cared for and assisting in their journey to healing. Along with directly reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be a key ingredient to maintaining and growing a necessary ancillary division to our community. To thrive in this role, and provide best patient experience, you must have a Permit to Practice in the state of Iowa and care about the wellbeing of every patient you see.

Here's What You Can Expect:

• You will work with Administrative team to create and maintain key processes; this includes work flows, coordination of a well established clinic, and leadership.
• You will work along side of Physicians in clinic, assisting with positioning the C-Arm for fluoro-guided injections and/or EMG/NCV studies. This is a clinic where you'll have access to ask questions if you need any clarification.
• A small, close-knit team of professionals you can rely on who work closely with our doctors and staff to provide patient care we are proud to provide.
• You may be on your feet 60% of the time, supporting providers and patients by demonstrating excellence in capturing high-quality images for the Physician during in-office procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven track record of progressive career growth, which may include experience as a team leader or senior support staff within a medical clinic.
• AART certification in Radiology and permit to practice in the state of Iowa.
• Excellent communication and professionalism; including communicating calmly and providing reassurance to team members or patients.
• You are a naturally curious person; you know how important it is to listen and ask questions when appropriate.
