Our organization is on the lookout for an OB/GYN Physician to join our physician-led medical team and provide exceptional care at the Aurora Medical Center located in Hartford, WI.

Position Highlights

• Collaborate with a close-knit team of three physicians.
• Main office situated in Hartford, WI, with occasional responsibilities at our West Bend clinic.
• Perform deliveries at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton, which handles approximately 1,200 deliveries each year, along with GYN surgeries at Aurora Hartford.
• Participate in shared on-call duties with our larger OB/GYN group in Grafton: approximately three OB calls monthly at Aurora Grafton and around four GYN calls at Hartford Hospital.
• Work alongside a dedicated Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse, supported by a team of Registered Nurses for triage.
• Join a highly committed and collegial group of professionals.
• Access specialized services including Gynecologic Oncology, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Special Care Nursery, and robotic surgery.
• Utilize EPIC Electronic Medical Records for efficient patient management.
• Be part of a nationally recognized integrated organization with a physician-led medical group and embedded service lines.
• Benefit from DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool that integrates with Epic, enhancing clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for quick review and approval.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Possession of a valid medical license in Wisconsin.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN.
