The Role Key Responsibilities: * Expert knowledge of Adaptive Planning and Adaptive Pro certification.* Translating business requirements into functional designs of scalable, best practice models.* Configure and optimize models, reports, dashboards, and workflows to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting needs.* Provide guidance to clients regarding finance best practices to be incorporated in their model.* Contribute to project management and ensure client satisfaction.* Mentor and coach less experienced consultants, share best practices and provide expert guidance on Adaptive functionality. The Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience* 4 or more years of hands-on in Workday Adaptive Planning.* Strong accounting/finance background* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously* Up to 15% travel* This role does not support sponsorship * Adaptive Planning certified required Flexible Working So that you can be your best at work and home, we consider flexible working arrangements wherever possible.
