Senior Sales Account Executive

Our team currently represents a global leader in e-commerce and technology, supporting the growth of its business platform for small and mid-sized companies. Through direct B2B sales, our team works with business owners and decision-makers to identify their needs, introduce relevant solutions, acquire new accounts, and build lasting customer relationships. As we continue to expand throughout South Florida, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our Miami–Fort Lauderdale team. Sales Executive supporting a global leader in e-commerce and technology through direct B2B sales, working with business owners and decision-makers to identify their needs, introduce relevant solutions, acquire new accounts, and build lasting customer relationships within an assigned territory in South Florida. Develop new B2B accounts within an assigned territory Conduct one-on-one sales presentations and recommend solutions based on each business’s needs Manage the sales process from initial outreach through account acquisition Build and maintain strong relationships with new business customers Manage territory activity, account follow-up, and daily sales opportunities Track individual KPIs and use performance data to identify areas for growth Collaborate with leadership to strengthen sales strategy and territory performance Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred ~0–4 years of experience in sales, serving, hospitality, retail, customer service, or another customer-facing environment ~ Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills ~ Strong organization and time-management skills ~ Previous B2B or direct sales experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Strong organization and time-management skills Previous B2B or direct sales experience Additional performance incentives are available.
