Responsibilities Provide Speech-Language Pathology services at an assisted living facility in Meridian and a nursing home in Dekalb. The position is full-time, 30-40 hours per week. Collaborate with the Rehab Therapy TEAM to support patient outcomes and care plans. Meet scheduled productivity and documentation requirements as applicable.
