Behavioral Health Safety Coach Fairfax Hospital Medical Campus is looking for a dedicated Behavioral Health Safety Coach to join the team. Work/Life Balance: offering paid time off, paid parental leave and more. Behavioral Health Safety Coach Job Responsibilities: Facilitates the debrief of a safety event or safety concern. Participates in safety meetings and serve on the workplace violence committee. Educates, trains, and mentors Clinical Technicians and Mental Health Technicians on aspects of safety incident reporting. Disseminates and delivers safety messaging as appropriate to the organization. Provides direct care to patients under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse. Minimum Qualifications: Education: High School diploma or equivalent Experience: 2 years of relevant clinical work experience Certification: Basic Life Support Upon Start from the American Heart Association- Upon Start.
