Inventory Control Associate II - Cycle Counts & Improvements

Coughlin is hiring an Inventory Control Associate II in Northborough, MA. The role supports cycle counts, bin audits, and data-driven improvements in inventory control. You will work with Epicor and Omnify, assist in reconciliations, and help enhance processes under leadership guidance. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in inventory reconciliation, strong math skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with WMS/ERP systems is preferred.
