Registered Nurse Midwife at OB/GYN

Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)

AIMS Locum Tenens is seeking a skilled Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to provide outpatient OB/GYN care at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth. The CNM will see patients for prenatal visits, postpartum assessments, gynecological exams, family planning consultations, and women's health screenings. This role is focused strictly on outpatient services, with no labor or delivery coverage, and involves close collaboration with OB/GYN physicians, nurses, and support staff.

Services shall be provided Sunday through Saturday between 0600 and 0600. Can work up to 40 hours per week.

Clinic-based OB/GYN care at NMCP

Collaborative team setting with physicians, nurses, and support staff

May float between different outpatient women's health areas as needed

Required vaccinations: MMR, Varicella, Hep B, TDAP, Flu

TB screening required

Must complete NAVMED 6260/91 or DHA equivalent

Must pass background investigation and credentialing

Onboarding may take up to 90 days
