This role partners closely with senior leadership to translate enterprise strategy into actionable programs, drive cross-functional delivery, and ensure measurable business outcomes across DP World’s logistics, ports, and integrated supply chain platforms. The role will support complex transformation initiatives, align stakeholders across the organization, and accelerate the execution of strategic priorities that enhance operational performance, customer value, and long-term growth across the Americas region.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESSTRATEGY-TO-EXECUTION MANAGEMENTSupport the designing and institutionalizing a scalable strategic framework that will guide decision-making, align priorities, and enable future direct reports to execute with clarity and impact as the function grows. Translating enterprise and regional strategy into clear, executable roadmaps and initiativesDrive alignment across business units (ports, terminals, & logistics)Ensure initiatives are tied to measurable value creation (revenue, margin, efficiency)TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM OWNERSHIPLead high-priority, cross-functional strategic projects from design through executionEstablish governance, milestones, and KPIs to track deliveryIdentify and mitigate risks, ensuring initiatives stay on trackINDUSTRY INSIGHT & STRATEGIC FORESIGHTBring deep understanding of global logistics and supply chains, port and terminal operations, data centers, AI-driven logistics, and infrastructure convergence (preferred)Translate market trends into actionable strategic implications for DP World AmericasEXECUTIVE STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENTPartner closely with regional leadership teams to support strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional alignment across key initiatives.Prepare and deliver C-suite level materials and recommendationsSupport alignment across stakeholders with competing prioritiesPERFORMANCE TRACKING & VALUE REALIZATIONOperationalize success metrics and track value capture across initiativesEnsure accountability for outcomes—not just plansContinuously refine initiatives based on performance dataQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS8+ years of experience in Strategy / transformation roles in logistics sectorProven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and executing strategyDeep knowledge of logistics/supply chain ecosystems, ports, terminals or freight networks and infrastructure investment and development.Structured problem solving and analytical rigorStrong financial and commercial acumenExecutive communication and storytellingAbility to influence without authority across a matrix organizationHigh ownership mindset with bias toward actionPlease note: This position does not offer sponsorship for employment visas.
