Bonus is paid bi‑weekly. Salary ranges from $18.50–$19.00 hourly ($53,500–$57,000 annually). Shift: 2:00pm – Close. Work week: about 45hours on a rotating three‑week schedule. Reports to: Store Manager. Responsibilities Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members. Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality. Oversee the daily operations of the food service function, grocery market and fountain sales. Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed. Share responsibility for ensuring that store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly. Qualifications High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Retail management experience. Minimum age 21 and a valid driver’s license. Customer focus and a strong work ethic with high standards of integrity. Positive approach to training, developing and interacting with all levels of the store team. Ability to build a successful team by creating an environment of trust. Adaptability to customer and employee needs as well as store environment conditions. Effective communication with leadership team members. Capability to identify the most effective team alignment to enhance performance. Follow‑up and follow‑through with discipline. Initiative to act and achieve goals. Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to follow practices and procedures. Ability to review, understand and analyze reporting results.
