Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns from labor and delivery through immediate recovery and postpartum care
Monitor maternal and fetal well-being
Administer medications
Coach patients through labor and assist during delivery
Educate families on infant care
Act as baby RN and remain comfortable working in the OR setting
Work within Burdett\'s LDRP model (Level 1 with special care nursery) and St. Peter\'s Hospital\'s Level 3 alignment

Experience Required

2 years of relevant experience

Skills & Certifications

Labor and delivery nursing
Maternal and fetal monitoring
Medication administration
Patient labor coaching and delivery assistance
Infant care education

Eligibilities & qualifications

OR setting comfort / baby RN duties
