• License/Certs: Current NNP Board Certification (No FNP, PNP); Active FL license required
• Experience: 2+ years as NNP (no new grads)

What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal care in a Level-III NICU with 34 beds and high patient volume
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, hospitalists, and multidisciplinary teams
• Assist in managing high-risk pregnancies and critically ill neonates
• Participate in transport teams staffing from regional hospitals as needed
• Support family-centered healthcare practices in a friendly, professional environment
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and comprehensive patient care
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards

What You Need

• Valid FL license and current FL DEA
• NNP Board Certified (FNP/PNP not accepted)
• 2+ years of neonatal nurse practitioner experience
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts including 8- and 24-hour rotations
