What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality neonatal care in a busy Level-III NICU
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric subspecialists, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support premature and critically ill newborns and their families
• Participate in transport team for regional neonatal transfers
• Manage patient care in both day and overnight shifts
• Support family-centered care and interdisciplinary communication
• Engage in quality improvement and adherence to clinical protocols

What You Need:

• Required: Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (BCNNP); active Florida license; minimum 2 years NICU experience; no new graduates
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care, ventilator management, and family support
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
