What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and hospitalists
• Provide family-centered neonatal intensive care for high-risk and critically ill infants in a Level-III NICU
• Manage patient care for premature and critically ill babies, including high-risk deliveries and transports
• Participate in staffing for transports from regional hospitals with neonatal nurses and respiratory therapists
• Support a variety of specialist consultations, including cardiology, endocrinology, neurology, and orthopedics
• Ensure compliance with care protocols and provide compassionate, family-oriented neonatal care

What You Need

Required:

• Must be NNP Board Certified (FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications not accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an NNP
• Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Florida
• Relevant certifications in neonatal care

Preferred:

• Experience with high-acuity neonatal patient populations
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
