What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality neonatal care in the Level-III NICU setting
• Manage and monitor critically ill newborns and high-risk deliveries
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists, pediatric subspecialists, and nurses
• Support transports from regional hospitals staffed by neonatology team members
• Participate in family-centered care approaches
• Follow protocols for high-acuity neonatal care and emergencies

What You Need:

• Valid NNP Board Certification (no FNP/PNP accepted)
• Minimum 2+ years of neonatal NP experience
• Proficiency in neonatal care practices and procedures
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including 8-hour and 24-hour blocks
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills

About the Assignment:
Join a well-established neonatal practice at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare, the only facility in the area designated as a Level-III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This facility handles high-risk pregnancies and provides specialized care to premature and critically ill infants.
