Core Clinical Responsibilities Advanced Medication Management: Execute precise medication administration following the five rights, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols. Clinical Treatments: Perform complex wound care, respiratory treatments, and other physician-ordered procedures with technical proficiency. Acute Observation: Identify subtle shifts in resident status and provide real-time reports to Charge Nurses or RNs to prevent hospital readmissions. Qualifications & Experience Licensure: Active, unrestricted Wisconsin LPN License (in good standing).
