Senior Copywriter

Job Description Remedy Edge NY believes health can’t wait. We help brands, healthcare professionals, patients, and decision‑makers get the edge on health through urgent thinking, creativity, and action. We’re looking for senior copywriters to join our team. Overview You will help create, present, and produce compelling, persuasive, and original ideas for current clients and new business across digital and print platforms. Responsibilities Help develop content for a variety of print and digital projects, such as visual aids and websites. Understand the creative process and follow jobs from startup to completion. Contribute strategically to the long‑term vision of the brand, internally and with the client. Develop understanding of basic marketing principles. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all assigned brands and therapeutic indications, as well as understanding of the client’s marketplace. Help prepare and submit work for medical, legal, and regulatory review. Work closely with editors to ensure accuracy in all work; demonstrate ability to accurately reference and annotate work. Partner with account, art and editorial staff on assigned brands. Take direction from supervisor on projects; work independently as determined by supervisor. Qualifications & Experience Portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual abilities and writing skills. 2+ years of pharmaceutical and/or healthcare advertising experience, direct‑to‑physician. Ability to understand and process healthcare information. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Demonstrated ability to write solid, intelligent, brand‑appropriate, creative pieces in a variety of communication forms (e.g., sales aid, direct mail) for a variety of audiences (e.g., healthcare professionals, patients, consumers). Strong creative ability, as shown in ads/other forms of communication created in partnership with an art director. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Salary range: $70,000 – $99,500.
