Easterseals of Chicagoland and Greater Rockford is seeking a Family and Health Advocate - Bilingual Spanish to support families across Chicago and surrounding suburbs. You will work with the Early Learning Services team to ensure engagement, attendance, and health service coordination. The role emphasizes building trusting relationships with families, conducting visits, and promoting literacy and health awareness in Head Start/EHS/PFA programs.
