Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clubhouse Manager at Southern Yacht Club, located in New Orleans, LA. The Clubhouse Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the facility is maintained to the highest standards and delivering exceptional member experiences. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating events, overseeing budgets, and upholding club policies. The individual will work closely with various departments to enhance the club’s services and member satisfaction, ensuring seamless daily operations of the clubhouse.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, management, and team coordination skills
Event planning, scheduling, and operational management expertise
Financial oversight, budgeting, and cost control proficiency
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Experience in hospitality, club management, or similar service-oriented roles
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations for public facilities
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with the yachting or maritime industry is a plus
