You will own the success of your job sites by: * Leading from the Front: Supervise, direct, and mentor field technicians and CDL operators to build a cohesive, high-performing team. * Championing Safety: Cultivate a zero-incident safety culture by conducting Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), completing work audits, and ensuring strict compliance with company and client safety regulations. * Operational Excellence: Assign daily workloads, optimize crew productivity, and coordinate project staffing for maximum efficiency. * Client Relations: Act as the primary professional point of contact on-site, answering client questions and solving problems on the fly. * Quality Control & Documentation: Review and accurately complete job sheets, reports, and inspections, while ensuring company equipment and vehicles are maintained flawlessly.
