We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. We are currently hiring for Per Diem (PRN) positions. Responsibilities Provide physical therapy treatments to residents under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Monitor and document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and mobility techniques. Position requires a background check, more info can be found at Qualifications Associate’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license. Experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing facility preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
