- You are able to stand for long periods of time
As a member of the Boyne Mountain team, you will be expected to embody our L.E.A.D.S values in everything you do:
Long Term Thinking Every pass, ticket, and locker rental you issue represents a guest's season-long relationship with the resort, not just a single transaction. Taking the time to guide guests toward the right pass or ticket option for their needs builds repeat visits and lasting loyalty.
Excellence in Execution Accuracy matters when you're processing, credit card, and voucher transactions through the point of sale system. Getting rates, policies, and pricing right the first time keeps lines moving and guests confident in the resort's professionalism.
Attitude is Everything Whether you're answering the same rate question for the tenth time that day or helping a frustrated guest sort out a lesson booking, a positive, friendly attitude turns routine interactions into great guest experiences.
Develop Great People Sharing what you know about resort policies, pricing, and procedures with fellow team members and new hires helps the whole team perform better and ensures guests get consistent, reliable answers no matter who they talk to.
Serve First From addressing in-person inquiries to suggesting resort activities and restaurants, your role exists to help guests have the best possible experience at Boyne Mountain, before, during, and after they hit the slopes.
