We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Concierge to join our senior living community. As the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and team members, you will create a warm and welcoming environment while providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities Greet residents, visitors, and guests with a positive attitude Answer phones, manage inquiries, and direct calls appropriately Assist with resident requests and provide information about community services and activities Monitor visitor sign-in procedures and maintain security protocols. Shift Part time Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Compassion for and commitment to serving seniors Receptionist, concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred $15.92 - $15.92 an hour Why Join Spring Oak?
