LPN - Medical Oncology Specialty Unit

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized care in an oncology unit with 30 beds . Responsibilities include conducting initial patient assessments , developing and implementing personalized care plans , administering chemotherapy, biotherapy, and other medications, as well as performing medical procedures such as IV insertions, dressing changes, and port access. The role emphasizes maintaining accurate documentation , ensuring patient and staff safety , and providing emotional support to patients and families. Qualifications include current RN licensure in the state, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and a nursing education background. Ideal candidates are proactive, collaborative, and committed to ongoing learning, with experience in oncology or related fields preferred.
