Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough initial and ongoing evaluations of patients' physical and functional abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals
- Provide hands-on therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor patients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

Requirements:
- A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan
