About the Position
TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in New London, New Hampshire, 03257!
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Medical Surgical ICU (MSICU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours Experience: Minimum of 3 years current MICU experience; current ventilator experience; previous travel experience preferred License: Current New Hampshire RN license or compact Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS; active American Heart Association ACLS Must-Have: EPIC EMR experience highly preferred; supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment Description: Effective immediately, please include your New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate up front with all nursing submissions. This license is required by the state of New Hampshire in order to staff for temporary RN needs. Candidates without this license uploaded with their profile will not be considered. Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. Requests for time off after upload or during the interview will not be approved. No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted, with fewer days being preferable. Travelers may not take all holidays off and must work two blocks if scheduled/needed. Block scheduling is not available for this need. Candidates must have their own vehicle for this assignment. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Patients in this unit have severe infections, acute respiratory failure, diabetic emergencies, poisonings, or severe organ dysfunction. The focus is on managing complex internal illnesses using ventilators, continuous drug infusions, and aggressive medical therapy rather than surgeries.
