Job Description
Accent Title is a fast-growing real estate title company known for its welcoming culture and dedication to its clients. Accent Title seeks a friendly and organized receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. You will manage the front desk, answer phone calls and help with basic office tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors with a helpful, professional attitude.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls on a multi-line phone system.
- Sort and send incoming and outgoing mail or packages.
- Keep the reception area, conference rooms and other public areas clean and tidy.
- Keep track of office supplies needed for ordering.
- Basic data entry in real estate software.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or office administration.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
