Physical Therapist / Outpatient Rehabilitation

A growing outpatient rehabilitation organization in Northeast Florida is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join its clinical team. This is a permanent outpatient opportunity offering a $85,000 to $95,000 annual salary , flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and strong opportunities for clinical and professional growth. Both experienced Physical Therapists and new graduates are encouraged to apply .

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy plans of care.
• Provide evidence-based treatment for a variety of orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, balance, and mobility-related conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Educate patients and families regarding rehabilitation goals, home exercises, and injury prevention.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with other rehabilitation and healthcare professionals.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered outpatient care.
• Participate in ongoing clinical education and professional development.

Schedule

• Full-time, permanent position
• Outpatient clinic setting
• Flexible scheduling
• No weekends
• No holidays

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Florida licensure.
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient-care skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an outpatient environment.

Experience

• Experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.
• New graduates will be considered.
• Previous outpatient experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation

• $85,000 to $95,000 annually
• Compensation based on experience and qualifications.
