Luxury Sales Associate

We are seeking a passionate and client-focused Client Advisor to join a luxury retail team in Bal Harbour. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a genuine passion for luxury fashion and client service. Responsibilities Deliver an elevated and personalized client experience, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through proactive outreach and clienteling. Develop a deep understanding of clients’ lifestyles and preferences to provide tailored product recommendations. Drive sales performance and contribute to achieving individual and store goals. Maintain extensive product knowledge, including luxury fashion trends and competitive brands. Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong understanding of luxury retail. Support daily store operations, including cash handling, merchandising, and maintaining visual standards. Collaborate with team members to create a positive, high-performing store environment. Uphold exceptional housekeeping and presentation standards throughout the store. Qualifications Previous luxury retail or high-end client-facing sales experience preferred. Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills. Passion for fashion, luxury products, and delivering outstanding service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality. Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support all aspects of store operations.
