Be one of the first to apply — offer rates tend to be higher at this stage Description American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab RN for a 13-week acute care hospital assignment requiring 1 year of critical care experience and an active MN RN license. Details Work in the Cath Lab department of an acute care teaching hospital and Level 2 Trauma Center Average daily census of 10-20 cases across 4 labs with 12 visits per day Day shift schedule of 4x10-hour shifts starting at 7:30 AM On-call required approximately every 4th weekend and 1-2 weekdays per week based on department needs Float required between two campus locations as needed Uses Epic (Excellian) EMR system Requirements Active MN RN license required (pending license accepted) Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Minimum 1 year of experience required, including some critical care experience Conscious sedation and telemetry experience required Epic/Excellian EMR charting experience required Scrub and ventilator management experience preferred 1 supervisor reference required for consideration Additional Information Perform cardiac catheterization procedures including diagnostic and interventional catheterizations, PCI, and hemodynamic monitoring Manage vascular closure devices, sheath removal, and procedural sedation monitoring Scrubs provided with no parking fees at the facility First‑time travelers are welcome to apply RTO ideally limited to no more than 5 days during the assignment Returning employees must have a 3‑month gap since their last shift worked in a perm staff or per diem role Local candidates accepted only within 100 miles of the facility These details are based on information provided by the facility and may include inaccuracies or be subject to updates.
