Key Qualifications:

• Active Maryland Professional Licensure required (please provide images of licenses during application).
• School-based experience as an SLPA is highly valued.
• Familiarity with delivering speech and language services in an educational setting.
• Must complete all time-sensitive credentialing requirements, including district-specific background checks, fingerprinting, and House Bill 486 employment history review.
• Comfortable working across multiple campuses within the Baltimore area (school assignments and caseloads to be determined).
• Ready to engage in a prescreen interview as part of the eligibility process.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and support services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students of varying ages (specific caseload details will be provided).
• Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and school staff to foster student progress.
• Contribute accurate documentation and progress reporting in line with district and regulatory standards.
• Participate actively in school-based team meetings and professional development sessions.
