Order Processing Specialist

The Order Processing Specialist is responsible for the entry and processing of customer's purchase orders within the set policies and guidelines. Essential Duties, Functions and/or Responsibilities: Work with the Accounting department to establish or revise terms per customer requests Ensure orders on credit hold are reviewed and released in a timely manner Work with the Shipping department to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner and, in accordance with requested shipping method Ensure each order contains correct promotions and rebate codes Review backlog twice weekly to ensure all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner Open service orders for new/used/rental units prior to shipping Perform warehouse transfers Indirectly responsible for product quality Other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma A minimum of 2+ years of sales related customer service tasks and responsibilities Excellent communication both verbally and in writing Microsoft Office skills and knowledge (data entry) Prior experience utilizing an ERP system is a must Physical Requirements Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions in accordance with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards Ability to maintain regular and timely attendance in accordance with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local regulations This position requires applicants to be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship; TestEquity does not sponsor applicants for work visas.
