Your Mission As the day‑to‑day operator of RMR your mission is to scale the company from $11M to $20M+ in the next phase of growth. But not just be a builder of the company, but also a builder of people. You will: Lead estimating, price customer proposals, and set margin targets Own operational P&L performance Love our people, lift them up, and hold them accountable Drive systems implementation across the business Price customer proposals and set margin targets Support crews and superintendents to elevate productivity Build budgets and monitor key performance metrics Strengthen customer relationships and communication Identify opportunities for expansion and efficiency Oversee equipment and fleet operations (CEO retains capex authority) Recommend hiring/firing decisions for CEO approval This is a balanced role - part systems builder, part field‑execution leader, part strategic operator.
