Receptionist (Temporary)

Summary of Position

The Receptionist role provides the first point of contact for visitors and callers while delivering administrative assistance to keep daily office operations running smoothly.
Essential Functions

Daily roles include collaborating in a team-oriented environment with cross-functional workers.
Responsible for answering all incoming phone calls and distributing them to proper individuals.
Greeting and assisting visitors upon their arrival.
Ensuring all visitors check in through the Lobby Guard system.
Receiving and distributing all incoming and outgoing mail daily.
Restocking the kitchenette and office supplies as needed.
Performing all other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies

Basic knowledge of front office support.
Must have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Minimum of 2 years of clerical experience preferred.
Ability to operate small office equipment, such as a copier and multi-line phone system.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Authorization

Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.
Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
