Project Manager

Role Overview: The Project Manager plans and coordinates fire alarm projects, serving as the primary contact with contractors and clients. Key Responsibilities Review shop drawings, specifications, and standards to determine installation methods. Generate change order proposals and track project changes. Estimate labor needs, prepare schedules, and manage materials and equipment. Monitor project progress, ensure alignment with budgets, and document job records. Coordinate with AHJs, contractors, owners, and design professionals on project updates. Conduct weekly project reviews and facilitate closeout documents, including O&Ms and as-built drawings. Ensure safety standards are followed and maintain a safe work environment. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or technical training; NICET certifications preferred. Minimum 5 years’ industry experience with project leadership. Mechanical aptitude, strong math skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Effective communication skills in English and valid driver’s license.
