Compensation

• $90,000+ On Target Earnings (Base + Bonus)

Compensation:

$90,000+ OTE

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales by making high-volume outbound calls to potential clients, using provided scripts and leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience and repeat business.
• Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies and share best practices.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on industry trends.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and script effectiveness to improve sales processes.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales or customer service roles, demonstrating strong communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills to provide tailored solutions to clients' real estate needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, sharing insights and strategies for mutual success.
• High level of energy and persistence, with a focus on achieving sales goals.
• Comfortable using scripts and training materials to effectively communicate with clients.
