What You’ll Do As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our coffee shop. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Manager in daily operations and decision-making. Supervising and motivating team members to deliver excellent service. Ensuring quality control and consistency in product preparation. Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with a friendly, solution-oriented approach. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the shop. Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment. What We’re Looking For Has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Is a natural leader with excellent communication skills.
