Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $50+ per visit

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health visits in Petersburg, Virginia. The position is ongoing and may be part‑time or full‑time, focused on providing 1:1 care in senior living communities within Colonial Heights, VA. Responsibilities Follow designated care plans in accordance with patients’ needs. Make home visits to clients in the assigned geographic territory. Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as needed. Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager. Execute and properly document doctors’ orders. Perform client assessments and case management coordination. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using an electronic touch‑pad tablet. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia. Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience. Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required. Graduation from an accredited nursing program, as evidenced by transcript or diploma. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong interpersonal and solid computer skills; electronic medical records experience preferred. Ability to travel to cases as assigned. Benefits Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
