• A sales or customer-facing background is preferred
• An insurance background is even better
• Must be intrinsically motivated to succeed
• Must be tenacious and possess a “Hunter Mentality”
• Must be solution-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Coachability is essential. There are always opportunities to improve
