Bilingual Behavioral Health Intake Therapist
HEALTH CONNECT AMERICA, INC
Health Connect America is seeking a compassionate, bilingual Intake Therapist to help individuals and families connect with behavioral healthcare. You will conduct intake assessments, identify client needs and strengths, evaluate service eligibility, and recommend appropriate treatment and community resources. Working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to support accessible, client-centered care. Accurate documentation, sound clinical judgment, and culturally responsive communication are essential. Services may be delivered in homes, offices, or community settings.
