Assistant Controller, Manufacturing Finance & Process Automation
HEICO Corporation
Leader Tech, a HEICO Company, is seeking an Assistant Controller for our Tampa, FL facility to own all accounting, HR and IT functions in a small-company setting. You will partner with executive management to develop financial strategies, support cost analysis, and drive process automation, including AI initiatives. This role reports to the CFO with dotted line to HEICO Group finance leaders. Travel <5%.
