Pharmacist Position at Mercy Hospital
Hiring Process: Profile review with MedSol Clinical, interview with unit manager at facility - Radius: 60 MILES, DL must be submitted - Week of orientation: Please ensure clinicians are in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remote
Department: Inpatient Pharmacy
Certs/Licensure Requirements: Colorado Pharmacist License, BLS
What areas will they cover (ER, ICU, Inpt, Outpt, etc.): All hospital service areas (ER, ICU, Inpatient, Imaging, Cath, Hospice etc)
Common Duties/Job Requirements/Skills: Pyxis pulls, patient review, DTMs, MDR rounding, phone triage, medication protocols/dosing, etc
Experience or 'Must have' skills: Must have experience with sterile compounding and hospital pharmacy operations
Pharmacy Techs? Yes
Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): Pharmacists work a variety of 10 hour shifts and every other weekends. Shift times vary between the hours of 0600-2200.
