We are focused on operational excellence, patient experience, and consistent standards across all locations.Position OverviewThe Clinic Manager is the on-site operational leader for a RadX Inc. imaging center. This role is responsible for daily imaging operations, staff leadership, front-end performance, compliance, and patient experience. The Imaging Clinic Manager works directly with the Vice President of Operations and is accountable for site performance and execution of RadX Inc. standards.What You'll DoLead daily imaging operations across MRI, CT, X-ray, and UltrasoundManage technologists, front desk staff, and daily coverageOptimize schedules to maximize scanner utilization and throughputEnsure adherence to imaging workflows, SOPs, and quality standardsOversee front-end processes including authorization readiness and collectionsMaintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, radiation safety, and accreditation requirementsResolve operational issues and escalate appropriately to VP of OperationsPartner with centralized teams (Scheduling, Billing, IT, Pre-Auth, HR)Deliver a consistent, patient-focused imaging experienceWhat Success Looks LikeStrong utilization and scan volume by modalityLow no-show and cancellation ratesConsistent front-end collections and clean documentationAudit-ready compliance and quality performanceEngaged, accountable staff and smooth daily operationsQualificationsRequired3+ years of imaging or radiology operations management experienceExperience leading technologists and front desk teamsStrong understanding of imaging workflows and patient flowProven ability to manage schedules, staff, and operational prioritiesComfortable working in fast-paced, metrics-driven environmentsPreferredMRI/CT operations experienceFamiliarity with RIS/PACS systems (EXA, RamSoft, or similar)Accreditation or audit experience (ACR or state inspections)Multi-site or growth-oriented organization experienceWhy Join RadX Inc.Direct access to executive leadershipClear accountability and decision-making authorityOpportunity to make a measurable impact on operations and performanceGrowing organization with standardized systems and support????
