Registered Nurse - Home Care

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care for Pediatric and Adult patients , including those with GTube, Trach, and Vent needs. Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Initiate and revise care plans based on patient needs Implement therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions Respond to changes in patient conditions and communicate with physicians or supervisors Administer medications and monitor treatment effectiveness Review care plans and identify education, care coordination, and discharge planning needs Qualifications Valid RN license for the practicing state Current health certificate, PPD or Chest X-Ray, and BLS certification Preferably at least one year of RN experience Skills & Key Duties Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills Ability to respond swiftly to patient condition changes Effective communication with healthcare team and patients Focus on patient safety, education, and quality care Join to enjoy competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to make a positive impact through personalized home healthcare services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
