Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Internal Medicine Physician for Lowell Community Health Center in Lowell, Massachusetts.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care exclusively for adult patients.
• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, preventive care, and wellness services.
• Practice with 32 hours of direct patient care and 8 hours of protected administrative time each week.
• Maintain a sustainable patient volume averaging 2–3 patients per hour.
• Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health providers, pharmacists, nursing, care management, and specialty providers to deliver coordinated care.
• Utilize established workflows and electronic medical records to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Annual salary of $294,694.40.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure.
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Experience providing comprehensive outpatient adult primary care.
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
• Commitment to relationship-based, community-focused care.
