Manufacturing Supervisor - 2nd Shift - $24-$26.00/hr

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead second shift operations for a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing facility.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a supervisor who enjoys working directly with employees, improving processes, solving problems, and driving a safe and productive work environment.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00/hour (based on experience)
Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Job Type: Full-Time | Hourly
Overtime: Available (Paid Time & a Half)
Schedule: Monday-Friday with required weekend availability as needed

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead and support production employees during the assigned shift
• Maintain a strong floor presence and provide daily guidance to team members
• Ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety expectations are met
• Coordinate workflow, staffing needs, and daily priorities
• Communicate effectively with management and other shifts
• Coach employees and provide real-time feedback
• Identify and resolve production issues quickly
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial leadership experience
• Supervisor, manager, or Lead experience preferred
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to motivate and support a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

• Forklift experience
• Safety procedures

Work Environment:

This position requires active leadership on the production floor. Candidates must be comfortable being on their feet, walking throughout the facility, and supporting employees throughout the shift.

The environment may include dust, strong odors, and temperature changes. Candidates must be able to work safely while following all company procedures.

Schedule Requirements:

• Must be available for second shift hours (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
• Must be willing to work overtime when needed
• Weekend availability required during peak production periods
