We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to play a leading role in the success of the store/counter by supporting the Store Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets. Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in leading the store, coaching and developing sales associates, ensuring high levels of customer service, achieving sales and operational targets, and maintaining inventory and cash reconciliation. Qualifications Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics. Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service. Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets. Experience in retail operations including inventory management and cash reconciliation. Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Pay The anticipated hourly range for this position is $19.50 to $32.50, depending on experience, skills, education, and budget. The position may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and other compensation based on performance.
