Hourly Wage: $22 - $35 per hour. Compensation: The lowest hourly rate equals or exceeds the minimum wage applicable to the location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, with multiples applicable if criteria are met. Employment Type: Full-Time. Job Overview Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. During major holidays, seasonal associates must be prepared.
